We are looking for founding team members for our business functions who can help us build and scale growth channels. As a business development manager, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle. You will report directly to one of the founders and also interact closely with our engineering team and channel partners to grow the business for our next-gen AI-powered products.
Responsibilities
- Actively manage lead generation, client presentations, technical reviews, negotiation, and conversion
- Collaborate with the engineering team and channel partners to run pilots for potential customers
- Proactively understand client requirements and lead conversations to increase adoption of various product features
- Experiment and learn new pricing strategies
- Own content generation and produce valuable material for the website, blogs, and marketing collateral
Minimum Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing or Sales from a reputed university
- 2+ years experience in sales for B2B SaaS products (Optional but good to have)
- Proven experience in establishing lead gen and sales funnel for enterprise tech
- Strong analytical skills to translate pilot results into business outcomes for clients
- Great written and verbal communication skills for creating decks, case studies, blogs
